How it Works: Orders are viewed on the Delivery Monitor and depending on the criteria you set, orders that are almost late or late will be displayed and flash different colors. Simply integrates with any existing system and pulls the order information from your current database and displays it on the screen as orders become late or almost late. You can also configure by delivery status and service types. Notes can also be added directly from Delivery Monitor and pushed back into existing courier system for a complete audit trail of the order. Ideally, using Delivery Monitor on a large LCD screen in the center of your office would create company wide awareness of late orders.
