Monitor (“DM”)

Keep your entire team on top of daily deliveries.
DM
is a real-time diagnostic of current orders, their status, and
time-to-late stats.
At a glance on each computer or a shared large format screen,
your team will know
ahead
of time to make appropriate calls to drivers and clients, and
lessen the impact of a late delivery.
It can be run from anywhere there’s a desktop Internet Browser!

With a quick setup of user options, everyone in the office can
watch for deliveries that are
almost
late and almost late. And, have the ability to read and enter
order notes, after qualifying the
delivery
issue with dispatch, drivers and clients.

Before DM,
Management and CSR’s were blind to the activities of
the
dispatchers and drivers. Now, they have a tool to stay on top
of issues.
DM’s
installation varies between clients - some have it running on a
large screen
for
all to see, and others have it running on every computer. For
those with a plasma or large LCD, we also designed an automated
window
switcher that will rotate between
DM and other monitoring
software
such
as our camera system or phone system stats.

Since the initial pilot a few months ago, we have sold more than
12 copies.
DM
requires no special hardware. It can be installed on a regular
desktop computer
or
on an existing server, with very little impact. Once installed,
it’s ready for use by all team members.

NRP
- Client-Side
Bar-coding and Labels
NRP is a remote printing solution that allows your clients
further access to their order data.
With access to
detailed order data, your clients can utilize NRP to print rich
and formatted output to waybill printers, label printers, and
other custom forms*.
The data can
also be intercepted for custom use in spreadsheets or other
implementations and tools.
How it works:

NRP will run
resident on your client computers as a Java based service,
which listens for new orders on a set schedule.

Data is
accessed based on current application security. In the
Courier Complete world, this would mean the current account,
web login and password would be used to login.

There are
three output selections: LT1, LT2, and Waybill. An
example of Label Type 1 is listed below. NRP ships
standard with one shipping label format (2.25" x 4"), but can
be customized for different labels and paper *.

NRP utilizes
printing functionality from Windows based printers. This
allows for zero issues with printing compatibility - printers
and drivers can be changed with ease.

A separate
printer is chosen for each output type. This allows for
a more robust installation in a multi-printer environment.
